Sarah the pumpkin! She got a package from Bunny with Halloween goodies and the pumpkin mask was a fast favourite, going to preschool and all over.

HALLOWEEN NIGHT!!
Sarah the Trick or Treating Princess!!!

Making a curtsey like a real princess:-)

Feeling shy:-) because she couldn't wipe the huge smile off her face! Her first door...

Sarah's friend Noah, as a duck!!

Couldn't resist putting this one in even though it is blurry... this was the beginning of the evening, and she was so keen to knock on as many doors as possible... plus see the huge smile on her face?!

We walked to the neighbouring suburb, and I put some of the houses so those of you in South Africa can see a little of what it is like here... plus some autumn leaves.

Trick or Treating at the Fire Station:-)

We met up with some friends, and she just loved being able to run from house to house with friends.

This lady was done and had a bit of candy left, so she gave it to the children from her car!

Ryan carrying the stash as it gets a bit heavy for the princess. Sarah was pretty amazing. We were out for more than 3 hours, and she was keen to continue. We saw so many fun houses. Yes, Tish went walking too, and did pretty well, just a sore back towards the end. We even continued when our friends went home. It was quite a hike up to the front door of some houses, I tried to get a photo of one huge house, but it was too dark and didn't come out.

This is a sign we saw a lot of around Madison. You can see who people support in Madison.

Loved this witch on someone's tree.

This next house was so great! the whole driveway was decorated, with the manikin witch down below, and lights all along, and then at the end, the wife dressed as a viking with her dog, and the huge pumpkin... with the large tongue, and every time a child came up, treats and water bottles would come rolling out down the tongue!!! It was so fun to see:-)

Another house had all these ghosties hanging in the trees to the side of their house! It looked really cool!

The people handing out candy at their homes were so friendly, and so many commented on Sarah being a princess! What more could a kid want? to dress up for the night, have people tell you that you look great and give you treats???

"I love Halloween", said Sarah, more than once!

Last trick or treat for the night, at a friends... Sarah couldn't stop smiling:-)

Checking out her stash! There were some big peanuts in their shells, and she enjoyed shelling those and eating them while she checked out what chocolates and sweeties (candy) she had gotten.... A LOT!!! (A Hundred, she said)
